- Objectives and Standards
- To promote the general welfare and interests of the members and the private sector of waste management services by responding to public need and communicating with government at all levels.
- To encourage and promote an open forum of discussion and exchange of ideas among private firms, industry professionals, government and the public in all areas pertaining to collection, processing, treatment and disposal of wastes in a responsible, safe and environmentally sound manner.
- To support and maintain within the entire industry the highest standards of safety covering operational procedures, policy, practice and equipment.
- To comply with all laws and regulations as they pertain to the protection of the environment, the safe and legal operation of equipment and the conducting of business.
- To endeavor to carry on business in a conscientious, diligent, efficient and ethical manner.
- To maintain the integrity of the Association and to participate in its activities.
