Lithium Batteries

The terminals of the batteries should be taped, if possible.

Place in an intact 45-gallon steel drum, with plastic liner (min. 0.8 mm) or plastic drum. Skid mounts (max. of 2 drums per skid) and secure with banding. Weigh and mark with the battery type.

Must be shipped on an Ontario hazardous waste manifest. The generator must be registered with The Ontario Ministry of the Environment as a hazardous waste generator.
